We provided an acquisition survey for Cube, leading to the rebranding of the retail units and refurbishment of the business centre. Cube re-let The Orangery restaurant and we provided a Reinstatement Cost Assessment on this unconventional building being partly built over a lake.
Our advice reassured the client/funder that this non-traditional waterside construction was sound. We also assisted with cosmetic rebranding of the retail element.
