We carried out the pre-acquisition survey on this historic Grade II listed former factory, converted to current use as student accommodation in 2007/2008, providing some 150 studio bedsits.

Result

The client successfully acquired the premises with the benefit of remedial works being carried out by the original owner as a condition of purchase (as detailed within our report). The works were monitored, and signed off by Powell Williams, at completion.
