Summary

A new build multi-use, development, constructed on the site of a former B&Q store. During the construction phase we facilitated the integration of tenant’s works for Maplin and M&S, alongside agreed pre-let works for B&M and The Gym Group. The development included reconfiguration of the loading bay and significant improvements to the condition and size of the car park. Tenants of the existing retail park continued to trade during the build.

Result

An impressive enhancement of the retail park (through quality new construction and agreements for leases with a good new tenant mix), as well as a significant contribution to the regeneration of Strood town centre.
