Summary

We advised the purchaser on the acquisition of this landmark, mixed-use multi occupied building. Our report included budget cost assessments of tenants’ dilapidations liabilities for impending lease end, as well as service charge repairs.

Post-purchase we acted as lead consultant and oversaw a programme of service charge repairs to the exterior. We also acted as landlord’s dilapidations surveyor, followed by implementation of the dilapidation works, in tandem with the remodelling of the street level reception.

Result

Our involvement throughout the life cycle of the building delivered the client’s business plan, ensuring limited downtime thus securing re-letting of the premises following gentrification.
