We provide the full spectrum of project management and building surveying services across the whole of the SIG plc national portfolio.
Result
We have built a strong working relationship with the client, seconding a Senior Building Surveyor to SIG for six months to manage the facilities management wing of SIG whilst a full time replacement was sought.
The shared knowledge between the two organisations has resulted in much improved internal processes and cost savings for the client, and a deeper understanding as to their current and future priorities and objectives, enabling us to improve our service even further.
