Appointed by Cube Real Estate, on behalf of Benson Elliot, we advised on the acquisition of the property providing due diligence advice and building surveying. We project managed the £100,000 upgrade of the reception and also sub-division and conversion work in order to create a single retail unit at ground floor level. The upgrade works to the reception created a more modern and welcoming entrance as part of Cube’s strategy to attract new tenants to the empty floor space.

Result

Works creating a single retail unit ensured that the little used areas by way of meeting rooms at ground and mezzanine levels were converted to a retail outlet.

The creation of further office space from under utilised areas, can be occupied either by new existing tenants.
