Summary

Hermes looked to acquire the freehold interest of these two high-tech industrial estates, situated in close proximity to Speke Airport.

Co-ordinating a team of M&E and environmental consultants, we inspected and prepared a condition survey report upon ten buildings on two sites. Prior to the purchase we had advised the previous freeholder on substantial tenant alterations as part of their proposed fit-out.

Result

We completed our executive summary reports within 10 days of instruction. Our advice focused on providing clear guidance and commercial recommendations. By liaising closely with solicitors and other advisors we highlighted the key issues, ensuring that our clients were able to proceed with their purchase from a fully informed position.
