Summary

This 1970’s industrial building had been vacant for some time and there had been little interest shown by potential occupiers. Recommendations within our feasibility study advocated the sub-division of the buildings to form three separate units, which the client approved.

Result

As lead consultant, we managed the reconfiguration of the building, resulting in all three units being successfully let on completion of works.
