We conducted the acquisition survey and project managed the works on behalf Cube Real Estate, who asset manage on behalf of Benson Elliot Capital Management.

Following completion of the purchase, a scheme of work was brought together in order to provide an alternative central entrance and conversion of the current ramped access into office space in order to increase the net lettable area, and further enhancement and sub-division works in order to secure three further additional lettings.

The property changed hands during the contract, with asset management being performed by Orchard Street Investment Management LLP.

Result

The proactive strategy enhanced the building’s secured lettings to such an extent, that the property was effectively purchased and re-sold within 6 months.
