What sparks my working fire?
The fact that, as a building surveyor, every day is different – whether that is a different client, site or problem to solve. Although I have also found that it is the people that I work with or for that really make my work so rewarding. I’m always game for networking, particularly when it involves a round of golf or drinks.
My favourite aspect of building surveying is dilapidations. I really enjoy the strategic element of negotiations – it allows me to channel my competitive nature to get the best result for my client.
What else do I want to disclose about myself?
I love playing or watching most sports but especially football and golf. I also enjoy travelling and going out for drinks and food – I try to live life as if it was all-inclusive!
