What sparks my working fire?
I love a good challenge—especially when it means rolling up my sleeves, solving problems, and working with a great team to bring ideas to life. The variety of my job keeps things interesting; no two days are the same, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Whether it’s tackling a tricky refurbishment, finding clever ways to make buildings more sustainable, or managing the unexpected surprises (because there’s always one), I thrive on the buzz of keeping things moving and making a real difference.
What else do I want to disclose about myself?
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and am happiest in the mountains, especially on a snowboard. I’m looking forward to getting back to active, adventurous holidays with two kids in tow and a bit more luggage than before!
I’m also passionate about supporting the next generation of surveyors, having been the past national chair of RICS Matrics, and I continue to work as an RICS assessor.
