What sparks my working fire?
Visiting sites and meeting all members of the project team, ‘dirty boots on the ground’ approach. This engages everyone in health and safety, and enables me to continuously learn, as different people approach things differently.
I find design team meetings exciting, as the design team are able to openly discuss a scheme, and make important changes before starting works on site, this helps to avoid risks to the end user.
What else do I want to disclose about myself?
I love the great outdoors and pushing myself, having a great passion for hiking up mountains and endurance walking challenges. Highest mountain so far is Kilimanjaro and I have completed 174 Wainwrights. The Munros in Scotland next!
