Result

We lead a team to complete the technical due diligence of this landmark building which involved understanding the sustainability ethos behind the design and construction. In addition to reviewing the construction documents and liaising with the client and their solicitors we assessed the fit out proposals of an incoming tenant who was taking the remaining 3 floors to ensure that the purchase and agreement for lease documents aligned from a construction perspective.
