News: Powell Williams advises new client PfP Capital on portfolio acquisition
Portfolios | Residential & Student | Martin Hunt | 18 November 2019Powell Williams undertook its first instruction for PfP Capital, an ambitious new real estate fund management business, that is growing its PRS portfolio by targeting houses and flats in UK towns/cities with strong capital value and rental demand characteristics.
The team completed inspections and technical due diligence reports upon townhouses and apartment blocks in Horsham and Cambridge.
