What sparks my working fire?
Project management and administering building contracts. Being involved in the running of a construction project with a wider team of consultants is highly motivating. Every project is different and there is always something new to learn and problem to solve, all to deliver a building or facility to a client’s requirements.
Party Wall Surveying is also a passion of mine which combines traditional surveying skills with legal interpretation of an Act of Parliament in order to protect people’s property and enable development.
What else do I want to disclose about myself?
Outside work, life is busy with three children! Chester is a picturesque city to live and work in and not far from Snowdonia and the Lake District where I enjoy family holidays.
I used to like DIY but have hit the wall on that! I’d now much prefer to be playing guitar or browsing a guitar store!
