Andy Williams Partner

Andy founded the firm in 1990, returning to his North West roots having worked in London for Gooch & Webster and Colliers Stewart Newiss. He heads the Chester office and has over 20 years experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor.

He specialises in pre-acquisition due diligence advice including development monitoring.  During the purchase of the St Katherine's Dock development, London EC3, he secured an excellent result for our client demonstrating his pro-active, assertive approach and keen eye for detail.

Andy also has expertise with historic and listed buildings and obtained the RICS sponsored Diploma in Building Conservation, with several completed schemes receiving Civic Trust and Design & Heritage Awards.
