Powell Williams adds to London Team
We have appointed a new chartered building surveyor for our
Natasha Tyler will work alongside partners Andrew Marshall and
Darren Ward to provide property advice to clients including
investors, occupiers, developers and funders of commercial property
throughout the UK.
Joining from Elwell Taylor Chartered Surveyors in Essex, Natasha
graduated with a first-class degree in building surveying.
She is currently the chair of RICS Matrics
Essex, which provides support, advice and
networking opportunities to surveying students, trainees and
recently qualified surveyors.
Speaking about her new role, Natasha said: "As an expanding firm
with a strong portfolio of clients, Powell Williams offered me a
significant step up the career ladder and ideal opportunity to
broaden my experience. I'm looking forward to supporting the senior
members of staff and utilising my skills as well as learning some
new ones along the way."
Partner Andrew Marshall added: "Natasha was a stand-out
candidate with a strong academic record and despite only recently
graduating, she has proven herself to be a very talented surveyor.
She is very committed and passionate about her work, which is
evident through her involvement in RICS Matrics and which will be
invaluable for our team as we continue to expand.
"Natasha will help us deliver all of our core services,
including advising on acquisitions and disposals, asset management,
refurbishments, dilapidations and contracts."
Natasha is one of a number of new recruits to join Powell
Williams in recent months. The firm has also recently hired three
graduate surveyors in each of its offices to meet the demands of an
