Powell Williams adds to London Team

Natasha Tyler

We have appointed a new chartered building surveyor for our London office.

Natasha Tyler will work alongside partners Andrew Marshall and Darren Ward to provide property advice to clients including investors, occupiers, developers and funders of commercial property throughout the UK.

Joining from Elwell Taylor Chartered Surveyors in Essex, Natasha graduated with a first-class degree in building surveying.

She is currently the chair of RICS Matrics Essex, which provides support, advice and networking opportunities to surveying students, trainees and recently qualified surveyors.

Speaking about her new role, Natasha said: "As an expanding firm with a strong portfolio of clients, Powell Williams offered me a significant step up the career ladder and ideal opportunity to broaden my experience. I'm looking forward to supporting the senior members of staff and utilising my skills as well as learning some new ones along the way."

Partner Andrew Marshall added: "Natasha was a stand-out candidate with a strong academic record and despite only recently graduating, she has proven herself to be a very talented surveyor. She is very committed and passionate about her work, which is evident through her involvement in RICS Matrics and which will be invaluable for our team as we continue to expand.

"Natasha will help us deliver all of our core services, including advising on acquisitions and disposals, asset management, refurbishments, dilapidations and contracts."

Natasha is one of a number of new recruits to join Powell Williams in recent months. The firm has also recently hired three graduate surveyors in each of its offices to meet the demands of an increasing workload.
