Promotion: Natasha Tyler to Senior Surveyor

We are delighted to announce that Natasha Tyler (London office) has been promoted to Senior Surveyor.

Natasha is also celebrating after having been shortlisted as one of the Young Surveyor of the Year nominees by RICS, and having been honoured by RICS Matrics, the networking and training organisation for young surveyors, for which she is an active board member. She won the 1913 Wilderness Award, an accolade voted for by members of the RICS Matrics board and alumni, for hard work and dedication to the cause. In particular, it was Natasha's contribution to a RICS Matrics project aiming to attract young people into the industry, and her time volunteering on the Essex regional committee, which secured the winning votes.

Natasha, who has been with the firm since February 2015, said: "It's been quite a whirlwind few weeks with all the RICS activity, which has been amazing, and then to be promoted on top of all that was fantastic. I have learned so much since being at Powell Williams, developing my professional skills and commercial knowledge, and have started to build client relationships which are not only giving me confidence, but also contributing to winning new work for the business. It is my aim to be the very best that I can be and it is nice for that to be recognised both at the office and in the volunteer work I do with RICS Matrics."

Andrew Marshall, head of Powell Williams' London office, said: "Natasha has proven herself to be an excellent practitioner, with great commercial acumen and broad knowledge of the property sector which truly benefits our clients. In just a short time with Powell Williams, she has become an extremely valuable member of the team and has secure a number of repeat instructions from clients who value the service she provides, and the professionalism with which she does it. We have also trusted Natasha with a position as a mentor for junior team members, a role she has relished and made her own. Natasha's promotion is well deserved and we are committed to her continued professional development."
