We acted as lead consultant for the design and procurement of
the alteration works to subdivide a former Woolworths store into 3
individual units for in-coming tenants, including assisting in
agreement for lease negotiations.
The project included strip out and rationalisation of existing
services, new jumbo stud division walls, removal of existing
entrances and formation of new retail entrances, provision of new
mains services, and improved service access. We facilitated
completion of the new units on programme and under budget.
